Study on integration system of urban traffic control and traffic guidance

In order to solve the urban traffic problem effectively, this paper takes urban traffic control system and traffic guidance system into systematic consideration, establishes an implementary integration system frame of urban traffic control and traffic guidance, and put forward a new, circulatory and dynamic pattern of urban traffic management that means, traffic guidance information results from traffic control, and then the results of traffic guidance can also change the strategy of traffic control. This new pattern lays a foundation for exploiting urban intelligent transport system.
