| 摘 要： | 时代不同文明内涵亦不同.时代愈进步文明愈发展,世界因此而更加和谐.海洋文明作为人类社会文明的有机部分随时代发展而不断进步,其野蛮性、残酷性逐渐得到克服,文明和谐性逐渐得到加强.面向新世纪,人类需要构建更加和谐的新海洋文明,这是人类适应时代发展要求的一项重要而艰巨的任务,需要高度重视并理性应对.

| Abstract: | Each era has its own civilization.The more advancd of the era more developed of the civilization,the world is more harmonious.As a mechanic part of the civilization,ocean civilization can gain more progress along with advancement of the new era.The wildness and cruelty would be overcome gradually and harmonious civilization enhanced.So in the new century,to establish a new harmonious ocean civilization is a significant and important goal that human being faced and needs to be highly recognized and responded. |
