摇摆驱动系统液压马达驱动装置设计

摘    要:针对新型舰艇出海试验存在成本较大、信息采集不便、过程不可控、不安全等问题,开发设计了实验室摇摆驱动系统,该系统具有模拟舰艇摇摆运动的功能,为我国新型舰艇摇摆试验提供了试验平台。介绍舰艇模拟舱段摇摆运动分析与驱动机理,同时,完成液压马达驱动装置的结构和系统设计,并在实验室条件下实现舱段的加载摇摆,完成舰艇执行高海情任务的模拟,为保障舰艇的安全性和稳定性提供试验数据。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of high cost, inconvenient information collection, uncontrollable process, and unsafety of performance test of new-type ships, a laboratory pendulum drive system is developed and designed. The system has the function of simulating the swaying motion of ships, which provides the plane for the sway test of new-type ships. The analysis and driving mechanism of the swaying motion of the naval simulation cabin are analyzed. At the same time, the structure and system design of the hydraulic motor driving device are completed. And under laboratory conditions, the loading and swing of the cabin are realized, and the simulation of the ship’s high sea regime mission is completed, which provide the test data for ensuring the safety and stability of the ship.
