摘    要:以船用水润滑橡胶轴承为研究对象,采用热-流-固耦合模型,研究水膜对水润滑橡胶轴承橡胶衬套的热传递及受力变形的影响,并通过控制变量法,探究供水特性对其温升和受力变形的影响。结果显示:水膜和橡胶的温度呈现出一种偏移的梯度变化;橡胶的受力变形呈现出带弧状的梯度分布;供水速度对橡胶温升和受力变形的影响显著,供水温度和密度对其受力变形的影响程度也不容忽略。

Abstract:In recent years, water lubricated rubber bearings have been widely used in ships because of their convenient access to the lubricating medium water. However, the speed, temperature and density of water supply will affect the heat transfer, water film pressure and deformation of the rubber bushing, thus affecting the lubrication performance of the bearing. Therefore, this paper takes the marine water lubricated rubber bearing as the research object, uses the thermal-fluid-solid coupling model to study the influence of water film on the heat transfer and stress deformation of the rubber sleeve of the water lubricated rubber bearing, and probes into the influence of some water supply characteristics on its temperature rise and stress deformation through the control variable method. The results show that the temperature of water film and rubber presents an offset gradient change; the stress deformation of rubber presents an arc gradient distribution; the water supply speed has a significant impact on the temperature rise and stress deformation of rubber, and the impact of water supply temperature and density on the stress deformation can not be ignored.
