发Zn、发Cu与克汀病区不明原因儿童智能低下的关系初探

摘    要:本文应用原子吸收光谱法及荧光法测定了安康克汀病区不明原因智能低下儿童与西安市正常儿童头发中7种微量元素(Zn、Cu、Mn、Pb、Fe、Cr、Se)的含量.结果发现,发Zn、发Cu 受地域及环境因素影响甚大;低Zn、低Cu 可能是致病的重要因子;Cu/Zn 比值显著升高可能是患儿的重要征兆。

Abstract:Seven kinds of trace elements(Zn,Cu,Mn,Pb,Fe,Cr,Se)in the hair of the children in the cretinismarea(Cailiang Township,Ankang County,Shaanximined.The results indicated that the contents of ZnCu in hair of normal children in Xi'an were about tentime of normal children's in cretinism area,that thecontents of Zn Cu in hypophyrenic children's hair werelower than those of normal children in cretinism areaand that hypophyrenic children's Cu/Zn ratio washigher than normal children's in both cretinism areaand Xi'an City.The ratio may have valuable referencefor diagnosis.
