| 摘 要： | 我国实行改革开放的政策以来,随着我国对外经济、文化等交流活动的日益增多,妨害国(边)境管理罪越加猖獗。对此,本文针对我国非法移民追究制度中存在的主要问题进行剖析和阐述,并对如何完善和:觅范我国非法移民刑事追究制度,提出了建议。
