吉林省东部山区公路水毁调查及防治

2010年7月28日特大洪水造成吉林省东部山区公路多处严重水毁，造成了巨大的经济损失。在调查的基础上，分析了吉林省东部山区公路水毁的原因。对于公路水毁的防治和治理，应从引起水毁的主要原因入手，认清水流结构和导致水毁的原因，结合山区公路特点，从公路的勘察设计、施工、养护等方面高度重视和预防，采取有效的治理措施和方案，以防为主、防治结合，多方面重视水毁，从而使公路水毁得到有效控制。

Survey and Prevention of Water Damage to Highway in the Eastern Mountainous Area in Jilin Province

The catastrophic flood on July 28，2010 led to serious water damages to highway in eastern mountainous area in Jilin province and caused huge economic losses.On the basis of the related survey，the causes of such damages are analyzed.For the sake of prevention and treatment thereof，we should make the flow structure clear and find out the main reasons；and then combine with the characteristics of the highway in mountainous area to lay the stress on highways survey，design，construction and maintenance so that the effective treating measures could be used，which is focused on prevention and aided with treatment，to control water damage to highway effectively.
