| Abstract: | Provincial arterial highway different from freeway has the characteristics of being openand complex traffic system.Based on the field investigation and questionnaire survey, corresponding setting and planning principles are put forward after referring foreign experiences.It can provide guidance for the service facilities construction on provincial arterial highway. |
