摘    要:在Pro/MECHANICA环境下,应用有限元分析方法分别完成了内燃机活塞在热载荷和机械载荷作用下的温度场及应力场分析。并在此基础上对活塞进行热力和结构耦合分析以及运行疲劳寿命分析,确定了活塞失效的部位出现在活塞销座的上表面且靠近连杆小头的边缘部分,为活塞的改进设计提供了参考。

Abstract:In this paper, the temperature field and stress field of an IC engine piston under the action of thermal and mechanical loads are analyzed respectively, applying the Pro/MECHANICA software and the method of finite element analysis. The analyses of thermal-structure coupling and working fatigue life are executed on the piston as well. The results can be used to locate failures that appeared on the surface of piston seat and near the connecting rod small end, therefore provide a reference to improve piston design.
