摘    要:针对沥青混合料SMA中纤维的类型进行分析,选用玄武岩纤维、路用矿物纤维和木质纤维素,分别从耐热性、吸油性能、纤维分散程度以及储存性能方面来比较其使用性能。通过马歇尔试验确定不同纤维掺量沥青混合料的最优油石比,并成型试件,开展低温弯拉试验。结果表明:应变能相较抗弯拉强度、最大弯拉应变、弯曲劲度模量,与纤维掺量的关系显著,能较好地反映沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能;得到回归应变能与纤维掺量的3次函数关系式,据此得到导函数为零时对应的纤维掺量为最优用量。

Analysis on Influence of Different Fibers to Compound SMA Pavement Performance
Abstract:In this paper, the types of fibers in asphalt mixture SMA were analyzed. Basalt fiber, road mineral fiber and lignocellulose were used to compare their performance from heat resistance, oil absorption, fiber dispersion and storage performance. The optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio of asphalt mixture under different fiber contents was determined by Marshall test and testing specimens were molded to conduct low temperature bending test. The results show that the relationship between the strain energy and bending resistance, maximum bending strain, bending stiffness modulus and the fiber content is significant, which can well reflect the low temperature crack resistance performance of asphalt mixture. The third order function relation of the regression strain energy and the fiber content is obtained, and the corresponding fiber content is the optimum when the derivative function is 0.
