摘    要:结合珠海市横琴区地下综合管廊工程中预应力混凝土管桩复合地基处理方案,运用FLAC3D有限元软件对不同桩长、桩径的预应力混凝土管桩开展单桩静载试验数值模拟,分析桩顶竖向位移,桩身结构及桩端受力情况。通过控制桩长,选取不同的持力层及桩端伸入持力层深度。结果表明:随着桩长、桩径的增加,桩顶沉降量逐渐减小;预应力混凝土管桩为端承桩,持力层相同时,沉降量相差较小;设计采用的预应力管桩能够很好地满足承载力及沉降控制的要求,并且有适当优化的空间。

Optimization and Application of Prestressed Pipe Pile Foundation Treatment Technologyin Comprehensive Pipe Rack Project in Soft Soil Area
Abstract:Based on the treatment plan of prestressed concrete pipe pile composite foundation in the underground comprehensive pipe rack of Hengqin District, Zhuhai City, using FLAC3D finite element software to simulate the static load test of single pile under different length and diameter and analyze the vertical displacement of pile top, pile body structure and force of the pile ends. By controlling pile length, different bearing layers and depths of pile ends penetrating into the bearing layers are selected. The results show that, with the increase of pile length and pile diameter, the settlement of pile top gradually decreases. The prestressed concrete pipe pile is the end bearing pile and the differential settlement is small at the same bearing layer. The prestressed concrete pipe pile adopted in the design can meet the requirements of bearing capacity and settlement control well and has a suitable optimized space.
