C25喷射型陶砂混凝土的性能分析

摘    要:针对陶砂具有轻质、保温隔热、耐久性能好等优点,通过大量室内试验对不同陶砂掺量条件下C25号陶砂混凝土的力学性能、传热性能和收缩性能进行分析。结果表明:陶砂掺量对于陶砂混凝土的抗压强度影响不大,能满足C25喷射混凝土的强度要求。陶砂混凝土的导热系数随着陶砂掺量的增加呈现减小趋势,陶砂掺量越大,其保温性能越好。0%陶砂掺量混凝土的干缩与热膨胀系数均最大,陶砂掺量为10%和30%的混凝土次之,而陶砂掺量为20%的混凝土干缩与热膨胀系数最小。说明陶砂能够在一定程度上改善混凝土的温缩与干缩性能,且陶砂掺量为20%时

Performance Analysis of C25 Shotcrete Containing Pottery Sand
Abstract:The pottery sand has the advantages of light weight, heat insulation, good durability and so on. Mechanical properties, heat transfer properties and shrinkage properties of C25 ceramsite concrete under different content of pottery sand were analyzed based on a large number of laboratory tests. The results show that the pottery sand has little effect on the compressive strength of ceramsite concrete and it can meet the strength requirements of C25 shotcrete. The thermal conductivity of ceramsite concrete tends to decrease with the increase of the pottery sand. The greater the pottery sand is, the better the thermal insulation property is. The dry shrinkage and thermal expansion coefficient of 0% ceramsite concrete are the largest, followed by that of 10% and 30%, while the ceramsite concrete is the smallest of 20%. So, pottery sand can improve the drying shrinkage and temperature shrinkage properties of concrete to a certain degree. It will be the minimum shrinkage when the content of pottery sand is 20%.
