摘    要:基于材料固-液粘附表界面张力基本理论,采用沥青与矿料界面上的粘附功表征二者粘附效果,分析影响油石粘附效果的影响因素,对盘锦#90沥青,SBS,SEBS,SEAM改性沥青,在不同条件下的表面张力及沥青与花岗岩、玄武岩、石灰岩矿料在不同条件下的接触角进行测试,并对粘附功进行计算。结果表明:混合料制备温度升高,沥青的表面张力降低,油石粘附效果降低;矿料含水或者矿料表面存在浮尘污染后,沥青与矿料的接触角增大,油石粘附效果显著降低;SEBS改性沥青的表面张力最大,沥青与石灰岩矿料的接触角最小;SEBS改性沥青与石灰岩矿料在160℃条件下粘附功最大,油石粘附效果最优。

Analysis on Influence Factors of Oil-stone Adhesion Effect Based on Surface Interfacial Tension Theory
Abstract:Adopt adhesion work on asphalt and mineral aggregate interface to express the adhesion effect based on the basic theory of solid-liquid adhesion surface interfacial tension of the material, and the influence factors of oil-stone adhesion effect were analyzed. Surface tensions of Panjin #90 asphalt, SBS modified asphalt, SEBS modified asphalt, SEAM modified asphalt and the contact angles between asphalt and such mineral aggregates as granite, basalt and limestone under different conditions were tested and adhesion works were calculated. The results show that the asphalt surface tension and oil-stone adhesion effect reduces along with rising of mixture preparation temperature. Contact angle between asphalt and mineral aggregate increases and oil-stone adhesion effect reduces when the mineral aggregate is humid or mineral aggregate surface has floating dust pollution. The surface tension of SEBS modified asphalt is maximal and the contact angle between asphalt and limestone is minimum. The adhesion work on the interface of SEBS modified asphalt and limestone at 160℃ is maximal, and the oil-stone adhesion effect is the best.
