| Abstract: | On the basis of the Ship Security Rules at Sea 2004, the International Ship Security Rules of the P.R.China, which took effect on July 1, 2007, further, defined the rights and obligations of all relevant parties and eliminated the ambiguity or uncertainty factors for its implementation so that the rules can be enforced effectively. |
