| Abstract: | To Counter the disadvantages of the Relay Logic Control System(RLCS )for traction substation,this paper advanced a new idea to use Programmable Supervision and Control System ( PSCS ) instead of RLCS,and analyzed the performance to price ratio of both systems. In addition,the construction of PSCS was discustal in this parper. |
