拼装式门式起重机小半径曲线吊装技术

摘    要:香港将军澳排水排污工程需要利用门式起重机小曲线半径吊装重达1840kN的箱涵,为此对既有拼装式门式起重机进行了技术改进:动力优化、台车平衡与转向改装、轮轴加固、多轴驱动改进,改装后走行速度4~6.6m/min,起吊速度0.5m/min,小桁车横移速度2.1m/min,吊装及作业性能大大改善;并对起重机走行轨道按特殊方法施工,采用"单边步进法"走行,走行轨可以一次铺设到位,避免多次拨轨,缩短时间、提高工作效率。

Abstract:The Sewage & Water Discharge Project of Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong needs to use the assembled gantry crane to lift the culvert box, which weighs more than 184 tons. Therefore we need to improve the existing assembled gantry crane in many aspects, such as the dynamic optimization, pallet balance, modifying the steering system, strengthening its wheel axles, improving its multi-axis drive, etc. By using these methods, the operating performance of the crane and its lifting velocity have been much improved, namely, its running speed is increased to 4-66.6m/m, lifting velocity to 0. 5m/m, the lateral moving speed of its small overhead crane to 2. lm/m. We also lay the crane track with some special methods and operate the crane with the single-step method. The track can be laid one-time to avoid repeated track-laying operations, which can save much time and improve working efficiency greatly.
