| 摘 要： | 为提高效率，在岸边集装箱起重机上应用了多项创新技术：差动减速箱；新型起升／小车驱动；吊具上架自身可实现三大倾转功能；最新设计的橡胶电缆输送系统；垂直力不转移双铰点形式；多层卷筒；大车采用伺服电机；全新概念的梯子走道平台等。介绍了这些创新技术及应用方案。分析了目前还存在的一些不足。可供同行借鉴。

| Abstract: | In order to raise efficiency, some innovative technology have been applied on shore crane, which are difference reducer, new device of main hoist and trolley driving, three tilt function of the spreader; new trolley cable conveying system, new boom hinge assembly, multi-layer drum; servo-motor of gantry and new design walkway and platform. And there are some shortcomings and insufficiencies need to be improved. These innovative technology could be referenced by the same field. |
