ZrO2氧传感器的响应特性研究

摘    要:探讨了氧传感器氧敏电压和响应速度的变化机理,研究了加热方式、尾气温度和氧浓度变化对ZrO2氧传感器氧敏响应特性的影响。试验表明,随着尾气温度的降低,采用内加热的氧传感器的内电阻、由浓至稀响应时间、浓混合比响应电压随之上升;而非加热型氧传感器的内电阻和响应时间均随着尾气温度的下降急剧上升,稀混合比响应电压骤减。

Abstract:The mechanisms of change of oxygen sensitive voltage and response speed of oxygen sensors are discussed.The influences of heating methods,temperature of exhaust gas and variation of oxygen enrichment on the oxygen sensitive response characteristic of the oxygen sensor are studied.It is shown by tests that,the internal electric resistance,the response time from thickness to thinness,the response voltage under high ratio of mixture for the inner heating oxygen sensors shall increase with temperature drop of exhaust gases;for non-heating type oxygen sensors,both the internal electric resistance and response time are increased rapidly with exhaust gas temperature drop,and the response voltage under low ratio of mixture decreases drastically.
