历史街区非机动车交通环境心理承载力研究

摘    要:历史街区非机动车交通所占出行比例较大,但由于街区空间尺度和路网格局 的限制,人、机、非混行严重,非机动车出行环境较差.通过对郑州书院街、开封鼓楼、洛阳 东西南隅3 个历史街区的实地调研,研究了历史街区非机动车交通环境心理承载力的影 响因素和评价指标,以郑州书院街和开封鼓楼2 个历史街区的观测数据建立了非机动车 流量的负二项评估模型,引入骑行速度容忍阈值,得到非机动车交通环境心理承载力评 估模型,最后以洛阳东西南隅历史街区的观测数据进行验证,结果表明该研究方法是可 行的,可以为更准确的评估历史街区非机动车道通行能力,优化历史街区道路横断面,改 善街区非机动车交通环境,实现街区交通的可持续发展提供理论依据.

Abstract:Travel by non-motor vehicles accounts for a big proportion in historical districts, but because of the limitation of the space scale and road network pattern of historical districts, non- motor vehicles drive chaotically with pedestrians and motor vehicles, which results in a poor travel environment. Through the practical survey in Shuyuan historical district in Zhengzhou, Gulou historical district in Kaifeng and Dongxinanyu historical district in Luoyang , the influence factors and evaluation index of psychological carrying capacity of non- motorized traffic environment in historical districts is studied, and its evaluation models of negative binomial distribution is established by introducing tolerance thresholds. According to the data of Shuyuan historical district in Zhengzhou and Gulou historical district in Kaifeng, which show that the study method is feasible, also suitable for accurately evaluating the non- motor vehicle lane capacity and optimizing the road cross- section, to improve the environment of non- motorized traffic for a sustainable development in historical districts.
