| Abstract: | In accordance with the characteristics and working mode of the communications system,this article suggests a new management model for communication proposals,aiming to make the management systematic,automatic and intellectual.The universality of the model is discussed in the later part.There is a example using in some system.It reveals the elements,when this software model is used in a design of computer information systeam software. |
