| 摘 要： | 项目利益相关者的有效管理对项目的成功有重要影响.目前国内对利益相关者的管理大多集中于理论的探讨,对于利益相关者管理的实践工作没有深入讨论.以天津站综合交通枢纽工程利益相关者的管理为例,对利益相关者的识别、重要度打分与评价、利益诉求的满足与实现等整个流程进行探讨,形成完整的利益相关者管理流程.

| Abstract: | An effective management of the project stake- holders is important to the success of this project.There are a lot of papers focusing on management theory, but few have made studies on the management of project stakehold- ers.This paper researches on the management of stakehold- ers of Tianjin transportation hub from a methodological view, discusses how to identify the stakeholders and how to evaluate the demands of the stakeholders,how to meet the stakeholders. |
