Bid Price Analysis Using Railway Engineering Construction Bidding Comprehensive Evaluation Method

Based on introducing the comprehensive evaluation method and the tender offer score rules, for convenience of tender offer analysis, the method assumes that the bidders as ＂the rational economic man＂ and have the same target, adopts the bidders＇offer mean value as the bidders＇offer, solves full marks interval inequality, obtains the offer range, and then calculates the bidder comprehensive score. The method is verified by practical calculation. Compared with the other evaluation method, this method is simple and accurate, and versatility, which can provide reference for the future construction tender bid analysis.
