基于82000 DWT散货船的CSR-H规范研究

摘    要:IACS发布的散货船油船协同共同规范CSR-H已于2015年7月1日生效。通过对新规范的解读研究以及与CSRBC规范的对比,总结了CSR-H的变化规律及新规范对结构设计产生的重大影响。通过82000 DWT散货船实船的升级设计,对比了两规范下实船结构尺寸和重量差异,为今后设计满足CSR-H的散货船提供参考。

Abstract:The Harmonized Common Structural Rules for Bulk carriers and Oil Tankers entered into forceon 1st July 2015. Analysis of the CSR-H rules were performed and comparisons were made with the original CSR-BC rules to illustrate major changes. An upgrade of an 82 000 DWT bulk carrier was made satisfying the CSR-H rules ,from which differences in structural designs and steel weights were analyzed. It is our wish that this article could be of assistance to engineers or builders working with the CSR-H rules in the future.
