Research on Issue of Carpooling

The phenomena that large scales of low car occupancy on the road and the appearance of carpooling in big cities reflect the inevitability of the carpooling＇s existence and development. Beginning from the status quo at home and abroad, it points out the meanings of the carpooling, does some research on relational issues such as the type division, the approach, the advantages and disadvantages and the safeguards of the implementation.
