成都市拼车可行性分析及对策研究

摘    要:为缓解成都市道路交通拥堵,保证交通安全,对成都市拼车行为可行性进行研究.对拼车概念、国内外现状及措施进行介绍.对500位市民进行问卷调查,内容涉及市民出行方式分析、拼车需求与收入关系分析、市民拼车经历统计、拼车收费情况分析、拼车信息获取方式分析、拼车认可度及市民拼车出行态度分析等,通过分析,成都市目前有高达61%的公交车出行用户,且中低收入水平的市民中有高达80%的人群愿意拼车,为拼车奠定了群众基础.此外,拼车认可度及市民拼车出行态度分析中,大力支持与鼓励拼车的比例分别高达36%,37%,进一步表明拼车在成都是可行的.对拼车可能带来的问题进行了分析,并且针对问题提出了相应的五项对策.

Abstract:For alleviating the traffic congestion and ensure traffic safety of Chengdu City,carpooling feasibility is studied in this paper.Firstly,the concept,current situation and incentives of carpooling both at home and abroad are introduced.Then,the results of a survey about the current situation of carpooling in the city of Chengdu based on questionnaires are analyzed,involving the analysis of public means of transportation,the relationship between carpooling needs and people's income,carpooling experience statistics,carpooling payment,information access and social approval and public attitude towards carpooling,etc.Analysis shows that 61%of bus travel users establish the mass base for carpooling,while 80%of citizens in low income level are prone to carpooling.In addition,the results show that 36%of people support carpooling and 37%encourage it,which further suggests that carpooling is feasible in Chengdu City.Finally,some problems of carpooling are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
