天津港环境污染防治分析与治理研究

摘    要:随着环境形势的日益严峻,对港口的环境治理已经迫在眉睫.目前,天津港的环境问题主要为粉尘污染、水污染、噪声污染、固体废物污染,以及石化作业中产生的环境风险.以天津港为目标,以各个环境因素为评价对象,通过环境影响评价理论对港口的环境污染防治进行分析,包括大气环境影响、水环境影响、噪声环境影响、固体废物环境影响和环境风险防范,通过建立相关数学模型和公式计算来分析污染物产生的源强,并在此基础上提出治理措施,以满足天津港水环境质量和声环境质量100%达到功能区标准,空气环境好于2级标准天数大于310天/年,危险废物合规化处置率100%,港口环境风险降到最低,主要环境污染问题得到有效控制.

Abstract:The worsening environmental condition at ports is so serious that environmental protection and governance are imminent.How to scientifically and effectively govern the port environmental pollution problem is the focus of the study.At present,environmental problems at many ports mainly include dust pollution,water pollution,noise pollution,solid waste pollution,and petrochemical operation of environmental risks.The focal point of this research is on Tianjin Port,where various environmental factors are included in the evaluation objectives.This paper uses environmental impact evaluation theory to analyze port prevention and control due to environmental pollution,including atmospheric environmental impact analysis,water environmental impact analysis,noise and solid waste environmental impact analysis as well as risk analysis.The relevant mathematical model and the formulae are established to calculate pollution sources.On this basis,scientific and effective management measures are put forward.This study will help analyze and govern Tianjin Port's main environmental pollution problems.
