地铁大断面风道下穿建筑物施工风险控制技术

摘    要:北京地铁9号线军事博物馆站1号风道下穿羊坊店路3号地下过街通道,该风道断面大、施工步序多、断面变换频繁,施工风险极高。为控制地面沉降及地下过街通道安全,通过加强超前探测、快速封闭,分部分解控制指标、反复回填注浆及补偿注浆、勤量测等措施,有效地控制了施工风险,保证了地下过街通道的安全。

Abstract:In the Military Museum station of Beijing metro line 9,where there is a wind tunnel beneath Yangfangdian road underground underpass.The wind tunnel is of a large section,with multiple construction steps,and high risks.In order to control land subsidence and ensure underpass safety,the project adopted advanced detection and rapid closure,divided control indicators and used repeated backfilling of grouting,compensation grouting,ground measurements and other measures to effectively control the risks.For all measures mentioned above,the security of underground pass is ensured.
