Analysis on Case of Removal from Expressway Construction

The article analyzes a case of removal from the expressway construction.During the construction of Quanzhou-Sanming Expressway Quanzhou Extension(Nan'an-Hui'an),a construction company was in severe breach of the agreement,which has caused serious adverse consequences to the engineering construction and brought extremely negative social impact.As studied and decided by the Expressway Construction Commanding Department of Fujian Province and Quanzhou Municipal Government,the company is removed from the construction(that is,dissolution of contract).It is the first case of removal from construction in the history of expressway construction in Fujian Province,and its valuable experience is accumulated for the construction management of expressway in Fujian Province.
