摘    要:规划设计南环路与既有成昆铁路相交,交点里程为成昆线K55+395.04、南环路K1+634.459,现状成昆铁路为单线,考虑铁路的未来规划,此处铁路横断面布置为6股铁路线,由东向西依次分别为预留线+中粮专用线+成昆铁路二线+成昆铁路既有线+中粮专用线+预留线,远期规划限界全宽34.6 m。下穿地道全长45 m,根据施工要求分为(12.5+15+17.5)m三个节段,其中中间15 m节段采用预制顶推施工。该文介绍了下穿地道的工程设计与顶推施工的工艺及其注意事项,可供同行参考。

Abstract:The planning design is to intersect South Ring Road with the existing Chengdu-Kunming Railway.The intersecting mileage is K55+395.04 m of Chengdu-Kunming Railway and K1+634.459 m of South Ring Road.The present situation of Chengdu-Kunming Railway is single line.The future planning of the railway is considered.The cross section of railway is arranged by six railway lines here,which are the reserve line + special line for China Oil & Foodstuffs Corporation + Chengdu-Kunming Railway Line 2 + the existing line of Chengdu-Kunming Railway + special line for China Oil & Foodstuffs Corporation + the reserve line separately from east to west.The total clearance width of the long term is 34.6 m.The total length of underpass subway is 45 m and is divided into three sections of(12.5+15+17.5) m according to the construction requirements,in which the middle section of 15 m is prefabricated and jacked.The article introduces the engineering design of underpass subway and the technology of jacking construction as well as the cautions,which can be referred by the colleagues.
