大直径顶管下穿广清高速公路设计

摘    要:广清高速倒虹吸工程,采用顶管法将四条直径2.8 m的钢筒混凝土管下穿广清高速公路及其匝道。该文详细介绍了泥水平衡顶管法的设计思路及设计要点。接着,对顶管设计、工作井及接收井设计、设计重点难点等方面进行论述,并通过现场监测成果加以验证。其成果对国内此类工程有一定的借鉴性。

Abstract:The jacking pipe method of Gangzhou-Qingyuan Expressway Inverted Siphon Project is to use four 2.8m-diameter steel reinforced concrete pipes to underpass Gangzhou-Qingyuan Expressway and its ramps.The article introduces the design idea and design gist of slurry balance jacking method in detail,discusses the jacking design,the design of working and receiving shafts,and the design focus and difficulty and validates the field monitoring results.The results can be referred for the similar projects in China.
