船舶生产设计日程管理系统研究

为了有效地缩短船舶生产设计周期,提高生产设计的效率,分析了目前船舶设计的管理状况,从生产设计着手,介绍了依据日程计划,充分考虑设计人员劳动负荷,合理分配任务;着重论述了用关键路径的方法对设计过程进行实时监控,对人力资源优化配置,对设计任务及计划作必要的调整,从而使整个设计工作可以合理高效完成。船舶生产设计日程管理是船舶生产设计的关键因素,因此,对其进行深入研究和应用,对于船舶生产设计工作的顺利展开具有十分重要的意义。

Research on Management System of Ship's Production Design

In order to shorten the cycle and improve the efficiency of the ship's production design,the nowaday status of ship's production is analyzed.The proper task assignment is introduced by the consideration of designers' work burden according to the date plan of the whole design.The instant control of the design process is also discussed,in which the scheme optimization of human resource and the necessary adjustment of the plan are included.In this way,the whole design work will be accomplished properly and effectually.The research and application of the plan management prove very important in the whole ship's production design.
