| 摘 要： | 交通安全信息(如路况、险情、事故、隐患、灾害、天气等)事关人们出行方便、生命和财产安全,需要及时准确地收集、分析、处理和发布.Web上分散着大量的交通安全信息,而Web已经成为人们发布信息和获取信息最流行、最方便和最重要的方式之一.本文研究Web交通安全数据集成管理技术,包括数据收集、存储、分析、检索和发布等关键技术,以构建Web交通安全数据管理平台,既可以为人们提供集成的、专业的和个性化的Web交通安全信息服务,又可以为政府交通部门提供交通安全状况分析、预测和预警,以及相关政策制定提供辅助决策依据.
