复合阻振技术在舰船支撑结构中的应用研究

摘    要:基于质量阻振机理,分析了阻振质量偏置安装及空心阻振质量结构对阻振性能的影响,提出了综合质量阻振与阻尼减振的支撑结构复合阻振技术。采用FE-SEA法,建立了支撑结构至圆柱壳体的振动传递及声辐射特性分析模型。对比了支撑结构底部阻振、四周阻振和双层阻振的阻振性能,分析了在支撑结构表面粘贴阻尼材料的减振降噪性能。结果表明,双层阻振比单层阻振、约束阻尼比自由阻尼的减振降噪效果更加明显,复合阻振技术比单独减振设计的减振频率更宽,减振效果更好。复合阻振技术对支撑结构的减振设计具有工程应用价值。

Applied research on vibration transmission performance of the composite vibration-isolating for the base structure of ship
Abstract:Based on the blocking mass mechanism, the effects of the eccentric blocking mass and the struc-tural style of the hollow blocking mass on the vibration-isolating performance were analyzed, and the com-posite vibration-isolating technology of base structure combining hollow blocking mass with damping vi-bration was put forward. The analytical model of vibration transmission from the base structure to double cylinder shell and the radiation characteristic was built based on the FE-SEA hybrid method. The vibra-tion-isolating performances of inserting blocking mass at the bottom, around the base and at both places were analyzed contrastively, and the performance of the noise and vibration reduction of pasting damping materials was analyzed as well. The results show that the vibration-isolating performance of inserting block-ing mass at both places is better than that of inserting blocking mass at the bottom or around the base structure and the constrained damping is better than the free damping. Moreover, the frequency of vibra-tion reduction of the composite vibration-isolating technology is wider than that of one style design. The research results have guiding significance and engineering application value on the vibration transfer con-trol and noise reduction of the design of base structure.
