船用柴油机排气消声器的声学特性计算及试验验证

摘    要:三维声学有限元法被用于预测船用柴油机排气消声器的声学特性。单腔、双腔和三腔排气消声器传递损失的声学有限元计算结果和两负载法实验测量结果吻合良好,表明声学有限元法预测消声器声学特性具有较强的适用性和较高的精度。同时分析不同结构形式的排气消声器的消声特性,结果表明,带插入管的双腔和三腔结构形式具有更高的消声量,适合于船用柴油机排气消声器。

Simulation and test verification of acoustic attenuation characteristics of marine diesel engine exhaust silencers

Abstract:Three-dimensional acoustic finite element method was used to predict and analyze the acoustic attenuation characteristics of marine diesel engine exhaust silencers. Comparisons of transmission loss with two-load method experimental results for single-chamber and multi-chamber silencers illustrated that the acoustic finite element method could predict acoustic attenuation characteristics of silencers accurately. At the same time, Acoustic attenuation characteristics of different type was analyzed. The results shows that dual-chamber and tri-chamber structure have the better acoustic attenuation, So can be used in the marine exhaust silencer.
