硅烷表面处理水泥基材料的抗氯离子侵入性能初步研究

摘    要:通过实验与模型计算研究了硅烷表面处理对于水泥基材料的防护效果。文中采用NEL试验方法研究了硅烷浸渍前后净浆、砂浆中氯离子扩散系数的变化情况。通过双层扩散模型,对硅烷表面防护抗氯离子侵入的性能进行了计算分析。结果表明,硅烷表面处理可显著降低改性层的氯离子扩散系数,改性层的氯离子扩散系数降低程度与其厚度对防护效果有重要影响。

Abstract:The experiments and model calculating are used to study the protection effect of cementitious materials with silane treatment.The distinction of chloride diffusivity before and after silane sokage has been studied using NEL method.According to the experiments,a model is chosen to calculate the resistance of cementitious materials to chloride ingress.The results show that the chloride diffusivity of surface modified layer is significantly reduced.The degree of chloride diffusivity reduction and modified layer's thickness has a major impact on protection impact.
