The secondary lining is a kind of concrete or reinforced concrete lining inside the primary support of underground tunnel,which forms a composite lining together with the primary support.Underground secondary lining is an important part of underground engineering.The quality of lining has an important impact on the service life,function and appearance of underground tunnel.Taking the secondary lining construction of Nanguan station tunnel of Changchun metro line 2 as an example,by analyzing the quality defects and causes of the secondary lining,this paper systematically expounds the technical measures taken in the construction process,construction technology and concrete quality control to ensure the construction quality of the secondary lining in order to provide reference for the follow-up similar projects。
