摘 要: | 基于DVS 1612标准,提出一种基于主应力和最大剪应力的疲劳评估修正算法,并针对某转向架构架进行焊缝疲劳强度评估.该修正算法计算结果比DVS 1612标准算法结果更加保守,且误差不超过15%,准确性介于DVS 1612标准算法与商业软件LIMIT算法之间,但该算法可大幅地降低计算规模与计算时间,具有一定的工程应用意义...

Optimization of fatigue strength algorithm for articulated bogie frame |

Abstract: | Based on DVS 1612 standard,this paper proposes a modified algorithm of fatigue assessment based on principal stress and maximum shear stress,and evaluates the fatigue strength of weld seam of a bogie frame.The result of the modified algorithm is more conservative than that of the DVS 1612 standard algorithm,and the error is less than 15%.The accuracy of the modified algorithm is between the DVS 1612 standard algorithm and the commercial software limit algorithm,but the algorithm greatly reduces the calculation involvement and time,which has a certain engineering application significance. |
