摘    要:文章基于计算机、通信和现代控制技术,融合互联网技术和大数据技术,设计一种由车载系统、无线通信系统及地面系统构成的城市轨道交通车辆远程专家诊断系统,搭建基于MVB+以太网的车载综合信息收集网络,实现对列车实时信息和子系统健康管理数据的收集、传输、分析与展示。通过在济南地铁2号线工程项目应用表明,该系统可提升车辆数字化水平,增强运营人员对车辆异常情况的处置能力,提高运维效率。

Design and application of remote expert diagnosis system for urban rail transit vehicles
Abstract:Based on computer,communication and modern control technology,integrating with Internet technology and big data technology,this paper designs a remote expert diagnosis system for urban rail transit vehicles,which is composed of on-board system,wireless communication system and trackside system,and builds an on-board integrated information collection network based on MVB+Ethernet,so as to realize the real-time information collection of train and health management data of subsystem collection,transmission,analysis and display.Through the application in Jinan metro line 2 project,it shows that the system improves the level of vehicle digitization,enhance the ability of operational staff to deal with vehicle abnormal conditions,and improve the effi ciency of operation and maintenance.
