Abstract:This paper analyzes the development status of urban rail transit signal system in China,and introduces the existing problems of traditional CBTC system.This paper introduces the automatic operation system based on train-to-train communication.Through establishing communication and cooperation between trains,the automatic operation control of train can be realized.It has the technical characteristics of simple structure,small dependence on ground trackside,active train route and independent train protection.The system architecture,system principle,key technology and system characteristics are studied and analyzed.The system optimizes the architecture and principle of traditional CBTC signal system,which has higher security,higher reliability,higher operation effi ciency,lower construction and operation cost,and will be widely used in the future.
