摘 要: | 针对预制节段拼装连续梁桥标准化程度、部件可参数化特点,利用CATIA参数化建模能力强、参数化模板复用方便的特点,通过梳理建模流程,分类建立桩基、承台、桥墩、盖梁、箱梁、附属设施等族库,实现桥梁参数化快速建模。该技术在广州市轨道交通14号线一期轨道工程Ⅱ标进行应用,将建模时间缩短至原来的25%,同时通过模型模板化的方式避免常规建模过程中容易出现的细节错误,保证建模质量和工期要求。

Abstract: | In view of the standardization degree and parameterization of components of precast segmental continuous girder bridge,this paper uses the CATIA's strong capacity of parametric modeling and convenient reuse of parametric templates to sort out the modeling process and establish family libraries of pile foundation,bearing platform,pier,bent cap beam,box girder and ancillary facilities,so as to realize rapid parametric modeling of bridge.The technology is used in the second lot in bid of Guangzhou rail transit line 14 phase I rail project.The modeling time is reduced to 25%of the original time.Meanwhile,the model template method is used to avoid the errors in the conventional modeling process detail and ensure the modeling quality and construction progress requirements. |
