| 摘 要： | 齿轮箱是地铁车辆转向架传动系统中最重要的机械部件,其性能好坏直接决定转向架的性能及整个地铁传动系统是否能够正常稳定运行.文章通过分析转向架齿轮箱的基本结构,以及各部件失效对其性能的影响,对齿轮箱中齿轮、轴承、密封、润滑等齿轮箱常见失效型式进行分析和讨论,以期为地铁车辆转向架齿轮箱的维护和故障分析提供可参考方法.

Failure analysis of bogie gearbox of metro vehicle |

| Abstract: | Gearbox is the most important mechanical component of metro bogie transmission system,and its performance directly determines the performance of the bogie and whether the whole metro transmission system operates normally and smoothly.Through the analysis of the basic structure of the bogie gearbox and the impact of failures of various components on its performance,this paper analyzes and discusses the common failures of the gearbox,such as gears,bearings,seals and lubrication,in order to provide reference methods for the maintenance and fault analysis of the metro bogie gearbox. |
