Technology innovation and practice of urbanexpress line of Chengdu rail transit

Chengdu rail transit line 18 is the fi rst high-speed transit line with 8A train consist and AC25kV power supply,which is implemented according to the concept of Crossing at Center,Cross City Connection,Fast and Slow Operation,Interoperability and Integration for the first maximum train running speed at 140~160 km/h,and takes into account the passenger flow of central urban area,city and airport,and integrates various operation organization modes such as Fast and Slow Combination,Shared Line Operation.This paper expounds the innovative technologies from the aspects of operation mode,track laying,vehicle selection and upgrading,power supply system and electromagnetic interference EMC,aerodynamics,communication and signaling and integrated monitoring,differentiated operation management,etc.,and carries out on-site trial-operation test.The noise,wind pressure of platform screen door and vehicle dynamics meet the corresponding requirements,providing references for the construction of express lines in China’s other cities.
