| 摘 要： | 建设是基础,运输是目的,发展道路运输是贯彻落实"三个服务"的重要体现。近年来,在湖北省委、省政府的高度重视下,在湖北省交通厅的直接领导下,以贯彻实施《中华人民共和国道路运输条例》(以下简称《道条》)为契机,湖北道路运输事业呈现出快速发展的良好态势,有效突破了发展中的瓶颈障碍,缓解了人民群众出行难问题,支持了经济社会事业发展,为社会主义新农村建设和"中部崛起"战略实施做出了自己的贡献。
