高聚物注浆技术分析

摘    要:我国现有近十万公里的高速公路,已经或将陆续进入路面养护维修期.传统的维修方案多为罩面、局部挖补或二者兼用,但都存在工期长、影响交通、投资大、废弃物污染环境等问题.高聚物注浆技术,处置路面病害不用开挖,工期短,造价低,影响交通小,不污染环境,已得到普遍应用.重点阐述高聚物注浆技术基本原理、特点优势、适用范围和施工工艺,推广应用情况和经济效益分析表明,该技术具有较高推广价值.

Abstract:There are nearly 100,000 km of expressway in China having been in or will enter into the maintenance period successively. The traditional repairing plan is covering, partial digging or their combination, but all of these measures have the issues of long period, influenced traffic, large investment, environmental pollution by waste. The polymer-injection grouting technology has been widely used to treat pavement disease for no excavation, short period, low price, little influence on traffic and no pollution. This paper mainly elaborates the basic principles, features and advantages, application scope and construction technology, the analysis of application and economic effectiveness of the polymer-injection grouting technology shows that it has high popularization value.
