基于FNN的环境库兹尼茨曲线预测分析

摘    要:运用模糊神经网络(FNN)理论,通过建立环境和经济发展协调度预测模型,对库兹尼茨曲线进行了定量研究,从而为区域经济决策提供依据,以成都市为例,对其环境与经济发展的协调度进行了预测.根据预测结果对成都市经济发展与环境的关系进行的分析表明,其环境库兹尼茨曲线的峰值特征不明显,表明它的环境质量和经济发展的关系趋于协调。

Abstract:To provide a basis for regional economics decision-making, based on the theory of fuzzy neural networks (FNN) an environmental Kuznets curve (EKC) was investigated quantitatively by predicting the coordination degree of environment and economic development. As an example, the coordination degree of environment and economic development of Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, was predicted, and based on the predicted result, the relationship between the environment and economic development of Chengdu City was analyzed. The analysis shows that there is not a marked peak value on its environmental Kuznets curve, i.e., the relationship between its environment and economic development tends towards coordination.
