| Abstract: | The paper firstly makes a brief introduction to the Nantong port and Suzhou port, and compares them from the aspects of the economic position, the variety of cargo, and etc., then analyses the competition and cooperation by game theory, finally makes the conclusion that the situation of competition will be existing for a long time, while cooperation will be inevitable. |
