摘    要:文章系统研究隧道施工掌子面内空气中有害物质分布状况与工序的关系,分析各有害物质的成分及漂浮颗粒物的漂浮状态,得出柴油车尾气颗粒物(碳烟)和粉尘是隧道内最主要的接触污染物的结论.通过施工通风将这类污染物置换出隧道的做法是不经济的,建议重新修订施工通风需风量的计算原则,将漂浮物洞内进行降尘处理,从而改善洞内施工环境,延长独头掘进长度.

Abstract:This paper researched on the relationship of the floating state of harmful substances with the process of construction in the tunnel face. It analyzed composition of the contaminant gas and size of floating particulate matter. It was concluded that diesel exhaust and its dust floating in the tunnel was the most important pollutant. Replacing such pollutants out of the tunnel by Ventilation was not economical. It was suggested that calculation principles of required ventilation air flow should be revised, Reducing floating particulate matter in the tunnel could improve the tunnel construction environment and extend the length of tunneling.
