下磨式接触轨防护罩位移问题的解决方案

摘    要:为提高DC 1 500 V下磨式接触轨系统供电的可靠性,广州地铁4、5、6号线全线安装了GRP(玻璃纤维增强树脂)材质的绝缘防护罩。然而运行中原本相互搭接的防护罩会因为诸多原因产生位移,甚至在缺乏有效支撑时出现侵入集电靴工作范围的情况。通过调研现场设备的运行环境、设备特点,并结合运营经验做出了周密细致的分析,最终提供了锚固及接触面粘合2种解决方案。

Abstract:The glass reinforce plastic (GRP)protective cover used in contact rail system of Guangzh metro Line 4,Line 5 and Line 6 Lines is designed to improve the power supply relia-bility on DC 1500 V bottom-contact rail.But the displacement often occurs in GRP protective cover because it is covered with each other,its position is easy to change and the cover could e-ven sink in the working range of collector slipper without ef-fective supporting.Through field investigation of the working environment,the characteristic of equipment and based on op-eration experiences,the displacement causes are analyzed in depth and two methods with anchoring and adhesive contact are proposed to solve this problem.
