地铁工程可行性研究方案稳定性研究

针对地铁工程前期工作,分析设计条件、设计标准、建设环境、外部接口、行政指令、社会舆论等因素对可行性研究阶段方案稳定性的影响,明确方案的调整原因和主要内容,提出基于发生概率、影响程度、影响结果的评价方法和指标体系。针对工程可行性研究阶段方案调整的主要特点,采用增加基础资料收集力度、开展前期摸底调查、进行地质勘查勘探、方案多方征求意见、方案避让敏感区域等方法,有针对性地提出了稳定工程可行性研究阶段方案的具体措施。

On the Stability of Metro Engineering Feasibility Scheme

The stability of metro engineering feasibility is studied,the effect of design conditions,design standards, built environment,external Interface,administrative in-struction,public opinion and so on are analyzed.The main reasons of adjustment and contents about the scheme are defined.On this basis,the index and evaluation method of the scheme are proposed,including occurrence probability, influencing degree and results.According to the main char-acters of a practical project,methods like data collection, preliminary diagnostic,geological exploration,solicit opin-ions,and avoidance from the sensitive region are empha-sized,some concrete measures to ensure the stability of metro engineering feasibility scheme are put forward.
