单体泵高转速试验研究

摘    要:采用某柴油机用单体泵,配新设计的高速凸轮型线,与原电控系统联调,在喷油泵试验台上进行电控单体泵高转速匹配试验。根据高转速试验数据及系统在高转速下的试验现象,对试验结果进行了分析、对比,对试验现象产生的原因进行了分析、总结。通过试验研究,验证单体泵提高转速的可行性,并为进一步研究提出改进措施。

Abstract:Elaboration is made on the experimental investigation in a EUP with high rotating speed.Presentation is being focused on matching trials on an injection pump test rig adopting certain engine EUP,matching new designed high rotating speed cam,and matching the original electronic control system.According to the test data and the test phenomena obtained from the matching trials with high rotating speed,analyse and balance the test results,and summarize the reasons for bringing those test phenomena.Via the experimental investigation,validate the feasibility for EUP with high rotating speed,and put forward the improving measures for the more investigation in the future.
